The Role A warm and welcoming family in Brooklyn is seeking an organized, patient, and experienced nanny who enjoys engaging with school‑age and preschool children. Prepare and serve healthy, kid‑friendly meals and snacks
Plan engaging activities (games, sports, crafts, music, neighborhood adventures)
Support bath/bedtime routines when within scheduled hours
Maintain children’s areas and belongings in an organized, tidy condition
Partner with parents on consistent boundaries and positive behavior strategies; encourage cooperation between siblings

Children’s laundry; fold and put away; keep drawers/closets orderly; rotate outgrown clothing
Unload dishwasher; light kitchen reset after children’s meals
Light household organization in children’s spaces
Assist with activity sign‑ups, forms, and calendar reminders
Help with planning for family (e.g., organizational tasks and support for vacations and other plans, packing lists for trips, ideas for activities)
Weekly Flow Snapshot

2:30 pm–6:00 pm: Pick‑up and after‑school routine (snack, activities, homework, playdates/park, children’s dinner, tidy, etc.).
Flexible hours (~5 / wk): Often a date night or shifted coverage with reasonable notice; earlier start on school‑closure days as needed.
