The Gardens at St. Elizabeth, located in Denver’s historic Highlands neighborhood, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

What You’ll Do
The Assistant Director of Nursing ensures residents receive exceptional care while leading and supporting our nursing team. Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing employee scheduling, payroll, and staff performance or concerns
• Supporting residents with healthcare needs, including coordination with providers and follow-up after hospital stays or illness
• Assisting with medication administration and basic treatments
• Promoting wellness and providing health education for residents and families
• Maintaining accurate documentation and resident care records
• Responding to emergencies and promoting a safe living environment
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with hospitals, providers, and community resources
What We’re Looking For
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Familiarity with PointClickCare a plus
