Position Overview This Corporate Development, Business Development, Corporate Strategy professional will lead the development and execution of Fiery LLC’s corporate strategy, identify new business opportunities, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and management team to create and implement corporate strategy.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business ventures and partnerships.
Lead M&A opportunity identification, analysis, and execution.
Develop and track KPI to assess operational and financial performance.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Partner with finance, operations, marketing, and product development teams.
Prepare presentations and performance reports for leadership and board.
Assess risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
4+ years experience in corporate development, business development, corporate strategy, investment banking, or management consulting.
Deal structuring, due diligence, post‑merger integration experience is a plus.
We welcome candidates with 2 years banking/consulting and 2 years private equity operations.
Skills
Strong analytical and financial modeling.
Strategic thinking and problem‑solving.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, KPI development.
Deal structuring and post‑merger integration experience is a plus.
