Administrative Business Partner

to support their Chief Product Officer (CPO) and lead the setup and management of their new San Francisco office.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and high-impact position that combines executive support, office management, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, is proactive, and enjoys building structure and culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Product Officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and expense reporting.

Serve as the primary liaison between the CPO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up on strategic priorities.

Lead the effort to identify, secure, and establish a new San Francisco office space, creating a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Oversee day-to-day office operations including vendor management, facilities coordination, and office supplies.

Manage onboarding logistics, team events, and engagement initiatives for the San Francisco team.

Support leadership meetings through scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions.

Handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Assist with light HR coordination and office-level operational initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative Business Partner supporting senior leadership.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proven ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and operate independently.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience within a growing tech or financial services environment preferred.

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and other modern productivity tools.
