Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of high-profile structural engineering projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving innovation and quality in structural design.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of structural projects across commercial, education, healthcare, civic, and sports sectors. Manage client relationships, project budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure seamless project integration. Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and best practices. Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts within the Dallas market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering PE license in Texas (or ability to obtain) 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in project management Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, RAM, Revit, Tekla)
