It sells its tackle through boating and sporting goods retailers, including Boater's World and Academy Sports & Outdoors, in the US, Canada, and Central and South America. The company also provides equipment maintenance and repair services.

Job Description

Manage the full sales cycle (B2B), from lead generation to after-sales support

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs

Develop and implement sales strategies for company's products

Build strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors overseas

Achieve sales targets within the assigned sales region

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management

Regular business visits, sales appointments and presentations to local and/or overseas customers (B2B)

Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company from time to time

Job Requirements

At least 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably regional experience

Proven sales success, preferably in sporting goods but not a must

Strong understanding of the APAC market

Strong understanding of fishing culture and experience in fishing equipment or related industry is highly preferred

Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking key accounts

Sales oriented, good teamwork and good personality

Proactive in visiting, approaching and follow-up with customers

Willing to travel overseas when required

Compensation

Working location: Marina Square, Singapore

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
