As a Channel Sales Manager (CCTV), you will lead and grow our VIGI CCTV product range through strategic channel partnerships across Singapore. You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with channel partners and driving revenue growth within our VIGI sector.

Job Descriptions

Develop and implement strategic channel sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market for VIGI CCTV products

Identify, recruit and manage key channel partners, distributors and SIs (System Integrators) to enhance the distribution network

Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continued growth and partner satisfaction

Drive partner enablement through product training, sales support and joint marketing initiatives and develop channel sales programs and incentives

Monitor market trends and competitor activities and support the partner sales pipeline to identify growth opportunities and adapt channel strategies accordingly

Work closely with internal stakeholders such as marketing, technical and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and partner support

Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and drive accountability

Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting and analysis of channel performance

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and partner meetings to promote the brand and develop new business leads

Job Requirements

Min. 2 years of experience in channel sales, partner management or business development in the CCTV or security technology industry

Proven track record in building and managing successful channel ecosystems with measurable business outcomes

Possess an existing database of relevant customers, SIs (System Integrators) or channel partners within the CCTV or security industry in Singapore

Strong understanding of CCTV systems, surveillance technologies and related security solutions

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers

Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, clients, and counterparts for business or project-related matters
