As the Business Development Manager (CCTV), you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and driving the sales of our VIGI CCTV product range across Singapore and drive growth and expand our market presence in the CCTV sector.

Job Descriptions

Develop, execute and implement strategic business development plans and campaign to achieve sales targets and grow the VIGI CCTV customer base

Cultivate, manage and build strong relationships with clients including SMEs, enterprises, SIs (System Integrators) to drive sales of VIGI CCTV products and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Identify new opportunities through market research, networking and secure new partnerships to expand the distribution network of VIGI CCTV sector

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new product and potential gaps and refine business strategies accordingly

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and technical teams to align efforts and deliver value to prospective clients

Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and market insights to support strategic decision-making

Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted lead generation campaigns and promotional activities that effectively promote VIGI CCTV products

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and technical features of the VIGI CCTV product line

Represent the company at relevant industry events, trade shows and client meetings to promote brand awareness and generate leads

Job Requirements

Min. 2 years of experience in business development or direct sales within the CCTV or security technology industry

Proven track record in acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, and achieving measurable sales results

Possess an

existing database of relevant end customers or decision-makers

in the CCTV or security industry in Singapore

Strong understanding of CCTV systems, surveillance technologies, security systems and solutions

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and close deals

Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, clients, and counterparts for business or project-related matters
