The

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships. The ASM will serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development.

Responsibilities

Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line.

Ensure dealer orders meet market demand and manage monthly vehicle scheduling.

Maintain maximum production capability within the area.

Review minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on improvement opportunities.

Review and analyze dealer financial statements and consult on areas of opportunity to improve retail operations.

Ensure advertising and marketing initiatives align with corporate message and branding guidelines.

Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher performance while meeting internal goals.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

2+ years of sales or marketing experience.

Lives in or near Nebraska Outstate or willing to relocate.

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Excel in building positive working relationships.

Entrepreneurial individual with leadership and achievement history.

Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals.

Salary $80,000 to $122,800, pay will depend on several factors including experience and location of position.
