Support Center – Irving, TX – Candidates must be based in the Dallas area and able to work onsite part of the week.
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and change agent, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and change management.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
Support leadership development and coaching programs.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) for recruitment, learning & development, and mobility.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports and insights to influence business decisions.
Leads and supports organizational change initiatives.
Coaches leaders through transitions and transformation efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR systems, and organizational development.
Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑SCP, SPHR).
Experience in global or matrixed organizations.
Proven success in leading HR initiatives in complex environments.
Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
