The Onboarding Manager partners with sales, risk, product, and service teams to streamline merchant activation, drive automation, and accelerate time‑to‑value while ensuring a high‑quality onboarding experience. Responsibilities
Design and execute onboarding playbooks, reducing friction and enabling high‑value merchant activation. Lead cross‑functional projects, coordinating with Sales, Risk, Servicing, and Product to remove bottlenecks and streamline go‑live. Analyze onboarding performance using Salesforce, Tableau, and other data tools to generate actionable insights and scale automation. Champion automation, AI‑driven workflows, and scalable process improvements to advance no‑touch onboarding models. Communicate onboarding progress and outcomes to executives and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of payments, merchant onboarding ecosystems, and product adoption strategies. Proven success in leading automation and process‑scaling initiatives in complex environments. Experience influencing and collaborating across Sales Enablement, Risk, Product, and Servicing organizations. Proven track record using Salesforce and Tableau to drive operational insights and decision‑making. Compensation
U.S. annual pay range: $111,500 – $191,950, plus an annual performance bonus, equity, medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit
