This role is for a Senior Associate, Social Media and Digital Marketing to join our team in Boston. This opportunity supports expanding our online presence by working with executive leadership to build their social profiles and voice, in conjunction with extending our brand voice and content engine. The role involves collaboration with the broader Marketing team, including Digital Marketing, Executive Communications and Public Relations, Internal Communications, and global marketing teams. What you will do :
This role is split between social media and digital marketing responsibilities, requiring a professional who thinks action-first and adept at managing multiple priorities and partners. Executive Social Media & Content (60%)
Executive Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage a strategic social media presence for our CEO and other firm leaders, ensuring all content aligns with their professional brand and the firm’s goals.
Content Creation: Create and curate high-impact content that enhances their industry presence and engagement.
Community Management: Proactively monitor and engage with relevant conversations on platforms like LinkedIn, including interacting with industry peers, key influencers, and notable publications to amplify our executives’ voices and expand their networks.
Reputation Coordination: Observe digital platforms to safeguard and coordinate online reputation, aiding in communication during delicate scenarios.
Paid Media Strategy: Develop and manage paid strategy for content boosting and campaign promotion, working with agency partners. This includes driving targeted paid social strategies using geo-targeting and other audience segmentation to increase reach and impact for key audiences from investor prospects to policy decision makers.
Promote Executive Event Participation: Strategically promote executives’ attendance at key industry events, conferences, and webinars, crafting social media content on channels such as LinkedIn to showcase involvement as speakers, panelists, or guests.
Post-Event Content Amplification: Capture and distribute key takeaways, insights, and media from events to extend executive thought leadership and share with the corporate social media team for broader brand awareness.
Analytics and Storytelling: Monitor data points and translate them into insights and a compelling narrative about the influence of the executives’ social media presence to inform and refine strategies.

Digital Marketing & Website (40%) Digital Strategy: Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide strategic insights for future campaigns.
Web Optimization: Collaborate with the digital team to develop landing page concepts, support ongoing SEO, and improve search results for potential clients and investors.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and report website analytics, using trends to propose digital and UX/UI options to demonstrate ROI by linking digital engagement to outcomes like lead generation and media mentions. Proficient in Google Analytics and other platform analytics.
Technical Proficiency & Platform Expertise: Support a potential website redesign by working with the Digital Marketing Manager on content migration, tagging for analytics, and project roadmap. Possess strong WCMS experience, Digital Asset Management (DAM) usage, and content consistency across channels.
Additional Digital Initiatives: Support other digital marketing efforts, including campaigns, paid search (SEM), and overall digital strategy.

What you bring: We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within financial services, investment banking, or public relations.
Communication: Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to voice social media copy for senior executives.
Project Management: Strong interpersonal skills and adept project management abilities to coordinate and manage initiatives with different collaborators, timelines, and scopes. High attention to detail is critical.
Collaboration: Willingness and confidence in working with collaborators across teams.
Technical Proficiency: Strong competence with WCMS, project management tools, and CRM/databases.
Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, social media tools, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Figma or Canva.
Policy Campaigns: Experience working with policy decision makers and public affairs teams is a plus.
Education
Education Preferred B.S./B.A. in Marketing, Business or related field. Experience
