Job Summary The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading key client relationships and providing project management support from the project kick‑off to completion. They achieve and maintain client satisfaction by ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget, while developing a deep understanding of the client’s organization and business needs to be seen as a trusted advisor. The role brings proven experience growing books of business and consistently identifies opportunities to continuously grow the client’s relationship with Kaleidoscope.

Duties / Responsibilities

Collaborates with creative team to brainstorm ideas that meet client needs.

Builds strong relationships with clients and researches products and services to understand and promote offerings.

Proactively seeks opportunities to grow existing business and add value to new opportunities.

Proposes brand strategy and design ideas to clients, presenting multiple options.

Implements projects according to agreed timelines, budgets, and parameters.

Concurrently manages multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas.

Develops, implements, and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficacy of strategy and design.

Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Ability to transform abstract concepts and ideas into concrete results.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar software; knowledge of Asana and other project management tools or CRM systems is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

AI experience preferred: familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot is a plus. Candidates should be open‑minded and adaptable, with a willingness to experiment and evolve alongside emerging technologies.

Education and Experience

BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communication, or equivalent.

5 – 10 years in an account services/management role specifically in a Branding Agency, Design Consultancy, or at an Advertising Agency.

3+ years specifically within brand packaging and/or identity design experience with a major CPG brand.

Experience as a mentor and/or desire to manage/mentor junior members of a team.

Proven success managing, servicing, and growing a book of $2MM+ business.

Annual Salary Range $85,000 – $100,000 USD
