Women's Health Medical Science Liaison Syneos Health Commercial Solutions invites experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) professionals to join our Women’s Health department. The MSL will partner with clinical development, medical affairs, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive scientific exchange and support the lifecycle of products focused on miscarriage management and future pipeline assets.

Key Responsibilities

Engage KOLs and HCPs with non‑promotional scientific discussions on miscarriage management data.

Present clinical trial data on efficacy, safety, and patient outcomes to internal and external customers.

Serve as scientific expert on company products, disease areas, and clinical data.

Identify and develop relationships with Women’s Health KOLs and support pregnancy and miscarriage management initiatives.

Share clinical decision‑making tools and host education on patient‑centered miscarriage care.

Attend Women’s Health conferences (e.g., ACOG, SMFM) to engage KOL development and discuss patient journey.

Use feedback to tailor educational content, address misconceptions, and highlight barriers to medication use for missed miscarriage.

Qualifications

MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, or related healthcare degree; terminal degree preferred.

Minimum 2‑3 years of MSL or related role preferred.

Strong scientific and clinical knowledge in Women’s Health.

Experience with ultrasound preferred.

Deep passion for women’s health, reproductive health, and family planning.

Ability to travel extensively (up to 60–80% depending on territory).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent communication of complex scientific information to colleagues, academicians, and HCPs.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Understanding of pharmaceutical industry and related regulatory guidelines.

Proven track record at building relationships with KOLs and external stakeholders.

Experience supporting product launch.

Flexibility and open‑mindedness in a changing environment.

Management of time, travel across large territory.
