About The Team Join the Card Core team as we drive one of the largest and most critical integrations in our history. The role offers a one of a kind opportunity to transform the servicing ecosystem for the Card business with a focus on smart innovations in automation and scale. You’ll play a key role in defining strategy, solving complex challenges, and ensuring seamless integration across critical systems -- impacting processes that drive billions of dollars for the business.

Basic Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.

Currently holds, or is in the process of obtaining, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Requirements include:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).

A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Compensation Salary ranges for this role (full-time) by location (annualized):

Chicago, IL: $144,000 - $164,400

McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800

New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200

Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400

Other locations: subject to local range. The role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation.
