This Customer Experience Representative (CXR) role provides superior, friendly customer service, handles rental transactions, offers company products, and ensures a positive experience for all customers. The position is located at the McGhee Tyson Airport in Alcoa, TN.
Schedule
Sunday – Thursday 12:00 p – 8:30 p
Thursday – Monday 10:00 a – 6:30 p
Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Provide efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products.
Offer additional assistance such as directions, maps, and local area information.
Answer incoming reservation, rate quote, and general inquiry calls; provide information and resolution for customers.
Place outbound callback and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return.
Notify management of any customer or vehicle problems and required maintenance.
Continuously build knowledge and skills through on‑the‑job training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
Willing to accept a seasonal position up to 150 days of employment.
