What You Will Do
Partner with Global Trade and Digital Technology functional leadership while providing necessary guidance and promoting ethical behavior to meet business expectations.
Provide dedicated, ongoing support and design guidance on global laws and regulations pertaining to export controls and sanctions regulations with regards to software and digital technology tools within scope of the oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation program – in particular with implementation of SAP S4 HANA, SAP GTS, ARIBA, and other key ERP boundary applications.
Support reviews and provide advice and guidance on the deployment of digital technology tools to protect and control access to data controlled under ITAR, EAR, or other export control regulations.
Participate in and influence councils involving Corporate and RTX Business Units.
Lead and influence committees of global trade professionals from across Corporate and RTX business units operating across a complex regulatory and systems landscape.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans with control tower tracking to provide status updates on progress and identify risk to plans and elevate for assistance.
Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate across the RTX businesses and Digital Technology function to manage the workstream and help ensure continual alignment.
Support efforts to align global trade tools and processes across Business Units and Corporate to ensure execution.
Consistently communicate across the global trade, digital technology community and oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation program to ensure continual alignment and identify and resolve any conflicts with program requirements or schedule.
Other responsibilities as necessary to complete oneRTX: Process & Systems-related work.
Travel up to 20‑25%.
Qualifications You Must Have
Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in Global Trade (GTS) export controls and sanctions and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; 10+ years’ experience in related work experience.
Experience in Program Management in the digital technology space.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer
Familiarity digital software tools from SAP.
Experience analyzing export controls and compliance aspects of digital systems and cybersecurity technology.
Demonstrated knowledge and proven work experience in roles that ensure compliance with the ITAR, EAR, and U.S. Sanctions regulations.
Familiarity with export controls and sanctions in countries outside the United States (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, etc.).
Experience with large‑scale S4 HANA transformation.
Ability to travel up to 20‑25%.
Work Location Remote. This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily off‑site from home. An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD – 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
