About The Team
The Workday Success Plans Delivery Team helps customers maximize the value of their Workday products. We focus on the post go‑live journey, delivering feature assessments, full feature deployments, and support for evolving business needs.
About The Role
Confidently and consistently provide excellent customer service.
Engage customers to quickly understand business requirements.
Share industry practices and adapt independently in challenging situations.
Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and the risks of design decisions.
Support multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects.
Help customers be more self‑sufficient, stabilize and optimize their Workday applications, and learn about new features.
Collaborate in Ask‑an‑Expert requests, delivering small scope consulting and configuration guidance.
Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks.
Provide additional services such as collaboration crews, accelerator webinars, feature accelerators, and tenant reviews.
About You We are looking for a senior functional consultant with proven experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and strong customer engagement skills.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or equivalent practitioner deployment experience.
5+ years of experience with HCM Core.
3+ years of Workday consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
Other Qualifications
Certified or able to certify in Workday HCM products and effectively deploy the solutions.
Solid grasp of HR related systems and processes with deep understanding of Workday concepts and new feature releases in Core HCM.
Experience with cross‑application features and Security (plus).
Strong influence, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate with senior leaders.
Capable of leading design meetings and delivering results while managing project plans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred: experience with global implementations.
Travel up to 10%.
Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
