What You’ll Do

Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences.

Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships, including active use of Concierge.

Achieve sales and service metrics: clienteling, outreach, appointment setting, awards.

Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.

Understand customer needs with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation.

Share current products and trends with customers, inspire wardrobe.

Participate in community/store activities and events that promote the brand.

Lead or supervise others occasionally and open/close the store.

Represent the brand image professionally.
