Job Summary The

Regional Vice President of Facilities Operations

provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for facilities services within the region. This role is responsible for driving performance to achieve key operational and financial objectives, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, and maintaining excellence in service delivery. The RVP develops and executes regional business plans, fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and partners cross‑functionally to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction. Additionally, this position plays a key role in identifying and supporting new business opportunities to drive regional growth and profitability.

Position Responsibilities Revenue and Profitability Leadership

Leads the region to achieve high performance and deliver results aligned with key financial and operational metrics.

Develops, manages, and monitors accurate regional budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial outcomes meet or exceed company and client expectations.

Optimizes profitability through strategic resource management, operational efficiency, and proactive business planning.

Provides consistent leadership, guidance, and support to regional management teams to ensure sustained performance and accountability.

Partners with business development and sales teams throughout the proposal and presentation process, contributing to client negotiations and approving final contracts to ensure alignment with regional and organizational objectives.

Operational Excellence & Safety

Drives operational excellence by ensuring optimal pricing strategies, expanding new business opportunities, and minimizing client attrition.

Provides direct support and leadership to regional managers and their teams, maintaining strong field presence and awareness of market conditions.

Ensures consistent application of company policies, procedures, and objectives across all operations.

Champions a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and best practices.

People Management

Recruits, develops, and supports regional managers to achieve business and operational goals.

Ensures fair and consistent application of human resources policies and practices, fostering a positive, high‑performing workplace culture.

Promotes professional growth through training and development opportunities that align with organizational objectives and employee engagement goals.

Reviews and supports capital expenditure proposals and communicates organizational priorities to ensure alignment across all regional teams.

Administration

Upholds and promotes SSC’s brand reputation and quality image within the marketplace.

Leads the implementation of new programs and initiatives that strengthen operational performance and market presence.

Partners with purchasing, marketing, and sales teams drive efficiencies and expand market share.

Client Retention

Maintains strong client relationships through regular on‑site visits, quarterly business reviews, and participation in key meetings and events.

Proactively identifies client needs, ensures open communication, and delivers tailored solutions that reinforce SSC’s value and partnership.

Partners with regional managers to strengthen client engagement, drive retention, and preserve the organization’s core customer base.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

7+ years of responsibility at a regional manager level over multi‑site operations or 10+ years as a director level in facilities management.

Contract management experience in a Business, Industry, Education or HealthCare setting preferred.

Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
