About the Roles We are hiring
two senior robotics engineers
who will play key roles in the design and development of advanced surgical robotic systems. Both roles require strong proficiency in
C++ (C++11 or higher)
and hands‑on work on‑site in
Los Angeles .
Role 1 – Robotics Software Engineer (Low‑Level / Real‑Time Focus) This position focuses on the
architecture, implementation, and testing of mission‑critical robotics software .
You will work on
real‑time control systems, low‑latency motion software , and
Linux‑based development , collaborating closely with hardware and mechanical teams.
Strong C++ on Linux (real‑time / low‑latency)
Motor control software, EtherCAT, and deterministic timing
Embedded systems mindset and safety‑critical programming
Experience with ROS2 or similar
3 years+ of robotics industry experience
Role 2 – Robotics Engineer (Algorithms / Motion Planning Focus) This position centers on
developing and optimizing control algorithms
for robotic precision and safety.
You’ll work on
collision avoidance, trajectory generation, and system accuracy
using applied mathematics and kinematics.
Robotics algorithms, path planning, kinematics, and dynamics
Nonlinear optimization and control systems
C++ for algorithm implementation
Experience with ROS2 and simulation environments
3 years+ of robotics industry experience
What you’ll get
Base salary up to $180,000 + bonus + equity
