What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide outsourced consultative delivery services in talent acquisition, compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations

Translate business strategies into people and organizational priorities in collaboration with business leaders

Develop customized deliverables to support clients' business strategies and organizational needs

Champion the design and integration of holistic organizational plans including talent, structure, and culture

Contribute expert advice based on current best practices to enhance client growth, retention, and engagement

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of seven years in an HR or training and development role with progressive experience

Prior consulting experience highly preferred

Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with an ever-changing schedule

Relevant certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP/SCP or progress towards these certifications preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

MBA or Master’s degree in a related field or coursework towards an advanced degree

Experience with organizational change and HR technology

Proven ability to work effectively in remote capacities
