Support daily recruitment functions by sourcing and screening candidates and conducting initial interviews Collaborate with hiring managers to understand program needs and assist in developing job descriptions Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant progress through onboarding Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Qualifications
2-year degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field plus 1 year of experience in human resources or recruitment, or a minimum of 3 years of experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and applicant tracking systems Current, valid driver’s license with a driving record that demonstrates safe driving habits Preferred Qualifications
4-year degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 2 or more years of Human Resources or recruitment experience SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR-SPHR certification Benefits
