$66.42/hr - $71.42/hr Responsibilities:
This is a specialist role for an expense accountant that will focus on mastering the client's current expense allocation process. In this role, the candidate will partner with the current specialist, learning Candidate's role and responsibilities, reporting requirements, and controls to free up capacity during a strategic project. Skills:
The candidate should be an expert at navigating Microsoft Excel. The model is presently made up of three files that intake actual expenses at a detailed level and run them through a series of waterfall mechanics that produce allocated expenses. The model is a combination of basic math, allocation methodologies, and drivers. The outputs are journal entries that post into SAP. Important Skills:
Excel expert. Complex modelling/allocations experience - understand results and measuring changes. Previous journal entry experience - creating, balancing, validating and posting. SAP R3 or S4H experince - GLSU. Complex accounting controls/reconciliations. Key customer collaboration and reporting. Education:
An ideal educational background would include a mix of accounting, financial modeling and allocations. The candidate can equate this to the development of overhead application rates studied in cost or managerial accounting classes.
