THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE The Manager of Store Ops Analytics is responsible for gathering and analyzing data and generating key reports and analytics to both support our store teams in driving their business and guide the Store Operations department in key strategies and operational initiatives. This role takes the lead on recognizing and translating critical business needs into methodically logical and concise analyses to enrich store and field leadership visibility and accountability. This person will work cross functionally with business leaders across the organization to develop innovative reporting solutions to drive the business and support reporting needs. Store Operations analytics support includes developing metrics and measurement reporting for strategic efforts, performing data pulls to evaluate performance of key programs, integrating key datasets, and designing relevant reporting to uncover opportunities to make data-driven decisions and drive operational improvements across the organization and at the retail leadership level. This person will have a hands-on role in the creation of analysis and must have experience with various analytic tools and languages.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
Works closely with field leaders and corporate partners to develop and establish strategies, plans, and processes to provide clear guidance and analytics
Effectively communicate ideas and thoughts and get buy‑in from leaders and business stakeholders across store operations and various other internal/external partners
Manage key performance metrics providing analytical and operational support to corporate and field leadership across store operations
Own and guide StoreOps partners to support new programs & initiatives through defining hypotheses, success measures and execution tracking (events, contests, tests, etc.)
Actively partner and work cross‑functionally with key business partners and leaders to provide analytics and innovation to current reporting processes
Communicate with the field leadership teams to identify and maintain feedback to layer into our reporting and analytics (Cherwell ticket management)
Manage relationships with key internal partners/departments and ensure their needs are understood and met
Follow up with business partners to understand how analytics impacted overall business objectives and goals and make course corrections for future analyses, as needed
Develop and deliver clear, concise and compelling executive‑ready communications
Dig deeper into the business and determine key relationship metrics across the total business (services, retail, boutiques)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or Mathematics is preferred
5‑7 years of experience
Experience in Microsoft Office product suite; Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills required
Strong analytical, forecasting and financial skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills—must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user‑friendly language
Strong leadership and teamwork skills, ability to coach and develop analysts of Specialty Operations
Energetic and self‑motivated—must be extremely organized and able to prioritize work, multi‑task effectively, and make proactive recommendations
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent analytical, mathematical and creative problem‑solving skills
Demonstrated ability to comprehend ambiguous data, communicate findings and propose recommendations
Strong understanding of retail systems and technology
Strong business acumen; retail store experience a plus
Ability to perform and remain organized in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 – $124,000.00 per year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location and business and organizational needs. Full‑time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part‑time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
