What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Sell finance and insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals while effectively overcoming objections

Maintain rapport with current customers through regular visits and evaluations of their needs for new opportunities

Identify non-F&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist to qualify prospects

Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure they are knowledgeable about Ally’s products

Stay informed about competitors and market challenges to maintain professional and technical knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School diploma or equivalent required

Ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision makers

Proven business management, presentation, and relationship selling skills

Strong accountability and effective prioritization of tasks

Experience in a dealership environment is beneficial

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Prior F&I Management experience

Proven history of driving change within the automotive industry

Demonstrated ability to leverage data-driven insights for strategic planning

Strong territory management expertise with a track record of executing structured sales plans

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
