Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Executive Administrative Assistant
to support our
Audit Division , including a team of five Partners and their staff. This position serves as a key liaison between leadership, clients, and internal departments, ensuring efficient daily operations, timely task execution, and a high standard of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Partners and the audit team.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and conferences, optimizing partners’ schedules.
Draft, proofread, and follow up on confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Manage calls and correspondence professionally, prioritizing based on urgency and importance.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
Coordinate logistics for audits, client meetings, and internal departmental activities.
Monitor project deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation required for internal or external reviews.
Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all client and firm-related information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field .
Previous experience as an
executive or administrative assistant , preferably within a professional services firm.
Strong
organizational, communication, and time management skills .
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) .
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
High level of
discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail .
