DevSecOps Environment Engineer, TS/SCI REQUIRED Join CGI Federal’s Intel sector as a DevSecOps Environment Engineer to advance the national security mission through cutting‑edge technology. You will integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle, automate security processes, conduct assessments, and collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to build robust and secure systems.

Location : Arlington, VA office – hybrid working model acceptable.

Key Responsibilities :

Integrate security tools and practices into CI/CD pipelines.

Automate security testing, vulnerability scanning, and other security checks.

Perform regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing.

Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to resolve vulnerabilities.

Monitor systems for security breaches and respond to incidents in a timely manner.

Design and develop customized security tools to automate and enhance security practices.

Manage and secure cloud‑based infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Promote security awareness by educating and training teams on secure coding practices and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of experience in software security, DevSecOps, or related field.

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly clearance required; TS/SCI with CI Poly highly desired.

Strong understanding of security concepts, best practices, and common vulnerabilities.

Proficiency in SDLC and ability to integrate security at each stage.

Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (Python, Java, or Go).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex security issues.

Compensation Range : $88,200.00 – $214,800.00 (U.S.)
