General Manager – Upscale Kitchen & Brewhouse
Lead daily operations in a vibrant restaurant and taproom environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the restaurant's culture and team performance while enjoying a supportive and engaging work atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily Front‑of‑House and Back‑of‑House operations.
Ensure all shifts and events are adequately staffed based on projected sales.
Deliver superior service and promptly address guest incidents and complaints.
Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager on menu changes and specials.
Conduct monthly P&L reviews and fiscal reporting with the Director of Operations.
Lead employee recruiting, training, and performance reviews to foster team development.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in restaurant operations.
Proven track record in financial management and cost control.
Strong communication and team‑building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Background & Skills
Experience in training and developing staff.
Familiarity with inventory tracking software.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
