Lead and manage a high-volume kitchen operation with strong culinary skills, product sourcing, and food quality management. Oversee team performance, ensure consistency, safety, and efficiency in food preparation and service. Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver memorable guest experiences. Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef. Experience leading a team in a high-volume concept with at least $5 million in annual sales. Steady tenure is required. Strong culinary skills, product sourcing, and food quality management. Banquet experience and catering experience is preferred. Compensation & Benefits
