IT Help Desk Support Tech Level II
New Home Co. hybrid position based in Dallas, TX or Orlando, FL.
Position Summary Tier 1 & Tier 2 support via phone, email, in-person. Collaborate with IT team on system upgrades, process improvements, technology implementations.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support including software, hardware, network, and application issues.
Monitor helpdesk ticket board, prioritize, organize, and escalation of tickets.
Manage inventory, ordering, tracking, provisioning, disposing of hardware.
Diagnose hardware and software issues, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation: troubleshooting procedures, work instructions, user guides.
Update knowledge base articles to improve support efficiency and user experience.
Travel to satellite offices as needed to assist in equipment setup and software installations.
Ensure all technical equipment is fully operational before new office openings.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives.
Key Qualifications
1+ years in helpdesk or technical support role.
Strong troubleshooting skills, clear guidance to employees.
Excellent customer service, interact professionally at all levels.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking concepts; experience with Windows 11, Microsoft Azure, Cisco Meraki preferred.
Ability to travel and possess valid driver’s license.
Base Salary $65,000 to $80,000 per year, paid bi-weekly.
