Responsibilities

Leads development of Regional GTM Strategy along with vertical sales leadership, including reputation, demand creation, sales / channel enablement and market intelligence tactics

Contributes to Global Solutions Marketing strategy to ensure regional view is correctly represented in upstream global marketing efforts

Leads event strategy along with vertical sales leadership including event identification, messaging/themes, demo selection, and promotion working alongside Event/PR/Social/Digital marketing teams.

Orchestrates across multiple marketing functions, sales, business intelligence, strategy and services to successfully execute against the annual regional vertical GTM strategy

Accountable for key content development, particularly high value CTA assets for thought leadership & lead generation and account-based marketing programs to expand and close pipeline

Manages a small direct team to ensure coverage of marketing support for key, strategic, named and territory accounts across multiple routes to market – direct, partner, distribution, etc.

Comprehensive regional GTM marketing plan – annual, quarterly

Solution pipeline, revenue – marketing influenced & driven

Successful seller adoption of enablement materials

Regional Customer Reference Pipeline

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree in relatable field

12+ years of experience in relevant business development or marketing role, candidates with 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing/event planning will be considered

3+ years leadership experience including direct and indirect

Must be able to work hybrid (3 days in office/2 remote) from Lincolnshire, IL., or Holtsville, NY

10% domestic travel

Preferred Skills and Competencies

Strategic marketing planning – segmentation, sizing, spend

Clarity of thinking & vision – keen prioritization skills

Organizational Agility: Matrix , direct and indirect management

Influence / Negotiation / Partnership skills with sales

Retail and/or Hospitality consumer experinece

Knowledge of hardware products (i.e., rugged mobile computers, barcode scanners, RFID readers, printers, etc)

Leading change

Drives results and execution through a virtual team

Ability to technically understand how products fit in to create and deliver a solution

Excellent presentation & communication skills

Previous experience marketing to, working within or selling to the “big core 4” vertical markets

Budget management – planning, forecasting, etc.

Understanding of the complex business go to market model

Salary: USD 136100.00 - USD 204100.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
