The primary purpose of the Senior Manager Solutions Marketing is to lead a cross-functional marketing team which develops a marketing strategy and then executes against that strategy to drive demand in alignment with regional vertical sales team’s priorities and within the global marketing ecosystem. This role is responsible for leading Go-To-Market strategy and implementation for all key lines of business for the Retail and Hospitality consumer segments and enhance the company’s approach to targeting, segmentation, tactics and channels optimization to ensure goal achievement. Responsibilities
Leads development of Regional GTM Strategy along with vertical sales leadership, including reputation, demand creation, sales / channel enablement and market intelligence tactics Contributes to Global Solutions Marketing strategy to ensure regional view is correctly represented in upstream global marketing efforts Leads event strategy along with vertical sales leadership including event identification, messaging/themes, demo selection, and promotion working alongside Event/PR/Social/Digital marketing teams. Orchestrates across multiple marketing functions, sales, business intelligence, strategy and services to successfully execute against the annual regional vertical GTM strategy Accountable for key content development, particularly high value CTA assets for thought leadership & lead generation and account-based marketing programs to expand and close pipeline Manages a small direct team to ensure coverage of marketing support for key, strategic, named and territory accounts across multiple routes to market – direct, partner, distribution, etc. Comprehensive regional GTM marketing plan – annual, quarterly Solution pipeline, revenue – marketing influenced & driven Successful seller adoption of enablement materials Regional Customer Reference Pipeline Must be able to work hybrid (3 days in office/2 remote) from Lincolnshire, IL., or Holtsville, NY

Qualifications
BA/BS degree in relatable field 12+ years of experience in relevant business development or marketing role, candidates with 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing/event planning will be considered 3+ years leadership experience including direct and indirect Must be able to work hybrid (3 days in office/2 remote) from Lincolnshire, IL., or Holtsville, NY

USD 136100.00 - USD 204100.00 Yearly Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
