Overview
Champion Petfoods is seeking a Global Senior Brand Manager to serve as the right hand to the Global VP, Marketing for the ACANA brand.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the Global VP to develop and execute ACANA’s 5-year global growth strategy.
Monitor, protect, and grow ACANA brand equity, deploying tools for 60+ markets.
Balance and align global, regional, and local stakeholders with diplomacy and influence.
Lead the design and deployment of compelling global creative, partnering with agencies and internal teams.
Translate global market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies.
Define and optimize product assortment, positioning, and pricing to maximize consumer value.
Qualifications
10+ years in classic marketing and brand building, ideally with a leading CPG organization.
Proven success in global brand building and executing worldwide campaigns.
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Experience managing agencies and complex project workstreams at a global level.
Agile, solution-oriented mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and change.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Pet owner preferred.
Willingness to work at the Boulder, Colorado, office with hybrid on-site presence.
Benefits
Salary: $170,000 – $180,000 USD annually, plus annual bonus eligibility.
