Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and Representatives, driving performance and career growth Build and execute strategies to acquire new customers and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Track key sales metrics to optimize performance and conversion rates Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create sales enablement content Report to executive leadership on performance and contribute to company-wide initiatives What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 5+ years of successful selling experience with expertise in outbound/new customer acquisition Proven track record in SaaS, PaaS, or tech sales; hosting experience is a plus Experience in building, mentoring, and retaining top-performing teams Strong operational mindset with skills in pipeline management and accurate forecasting Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Director-level sales leadership experience with a focus on customer acquisition in the tech industry Experience in developing sales strategies that drive growth in a competitive landscape Familiarity with tracking and analyzing sales metrics for performance optimization Tags
