What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and execute sales strategies within the Defense vertical to drive growth
Collaborate with regional and national teams to enhance sales effectiveness
Manage performance and development of sales associates to meet and exceed targets
Maintain key relationships with C-level executives at strategic accounts
Facilitate training and development sessions for sales teams and participate in trade organizations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in vertical sales, ideally within the Power Transmission industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel up to 40%
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of industry and channel dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in building and leading high‑performing sales teams
Proven track record in coaching and developing sales talent
Strategic thinker with excellent prioritization skills in fast‑paced environments
Familiarity with CRM tools and KPIs for sales coaching
Background in factory automation or related sectors
