Infrahire is looking for an Associate Workers' Compensation Attorney to join a rapidly growing practice at The Belt Law Firm, PC.
Responsibilities:
Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct in-depth legal research.
Develop and present litigation strategies on behalf of clients with autonomy under experienced mentors.
Prepare complex pleadings, discovery documents, depositions, motions, and briefs.
Provide timely and effective communication and legal advice to clients.
Communicate professionally with courts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and internal staff.
Manage assigned cases promptly and efficiently, ensuring effective case disposition.
Present witnesses and evidence at depositions, hearings, and mediations.
Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications:
J.D. and admission to the PA bar.
0-3 years of workers' compensation experience.
Strong writing and file management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
