Senior Accounting Manager, U.S. Operations (41692)

Work arrangements This position is fully on‑site in the West Loop.
Salary range $130,000 – $150,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle accounting operations for the U.S. business, including AP/AR, month‑end close, and inventory control
Supervise and develop a small accounting team (2 direct reports)
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and insights to leadership
Collaborate closely with global finance leadership based overseas
Maintain and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and tax coordination
Support system improvements and help streamline financial processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required
CPA preferred
10+ years of accounting experience. Experience in food, distribution, or manufacturing is a plus.
2–5+ years of experience in an Accounting Manager or similar leadership role
Hands‑on experience with general ledger, inventory, and full‑cycle accounting
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
