The Front End Manager oversees all front‑of‑store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, efficient checkout processes, and a welcoming environment for shoppers. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team of cashiers, baggers, and customer service associates while upholding company standards and values. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead all front‑end staff, including cashiers, baggers, and customer service associates. Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service to create a positive customer experience. Train, schedule, and develop team members to maintain high service and productivity standards. Manage front‑end operations, including cash handling, register accuracy, refunds/returns, and compliance with company policies. Monitor and resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the front‑end and lobby areas. Partner with store leadership to support promotions, seasonal events, and store initiatives. Drive efficiency in labor management, reduce wait times, and ensure coverage for peak hours. Qualifications

Previous experience in retail, grocery, or customer service leadership required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. High attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling. Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
