Aetrex is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Manager to support and deliver effective and efficient human resources services. The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including policy development, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations and union related issues. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of HR experience. Key Responsibilities

Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts including job descriptions, interviews, offer letters, onboarding, and offboarding. Develop and implement company‑wide HR policies and procedures (e.g., PTO, holidays, workplace conduct). Administer employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, HRA, 401k), including annual enrollment and vendor negotiations. Maintain legal compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws (e.g., FMLA, wage and hour laws, leave policies, workers’ compensation). Oversee employee relations, workplace investigations, and annual performance review processes. Manage union contract negotiations and issues. Support and guide managers in compensation planning and employee development. Maintain employee records, ensuring accurate and timely data across systems. Collaborate closely with legal department and executive leadership. Serve as a strategic partner to business units to support employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Qualifications

Working knowledge of employee health benefits, negotiations with insurance carriers, and open enrollment. Knowledge of wage and hour laws, ADA, FMLA, leave administration and managing employee disability claims. Working experience with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now. Strong interpersonal abilities with empathy and conflict‑resolution capabilities. Comfortable working independently while balancing company‑wide HR initiatives. Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience required. Minimum 7 years of HR experience. Industry background in manufacturing, distribution, CPG, and/or retail a plus. Certifications and Language Skills

SHRM-CP or similar HR certification preferred. Spanish language proficiency is a plus. Aetrex, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
