Commission Packaging Solutions Consultant
Los Angeles Remote with Client Visits Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building lasting client relationships and growing a strong book of business? This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established, rapidly growing packaging organization with a strong presence in the manufacturing and wine packaging markets. We’re seeking experienced, entrepreneurial sales consultants who are passionate about providing customized packaging solutions to manufacturers, wineries, and consumer product companies across California and Nevada. What You’ll Do
Build and expand your own book of business through proactive outreach, prospecting, and relationship development. Conduct client visits and onsite consultations to understand packaging needs and develop tailored solutions. Manage both
new business development
and
retention of existing/lapsed accounts , creating long‑term partnerships. Handle inbound leads and convert them into revenue opportunities. Sell a wide range of packaging products: approximately 60% stock boxes and 40% custom solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, pricing strategy, and customer satisfaction. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing and ongoing account support. What You Bring
5+ years of sales experience with a strong hunter mentality. Minimum of 3 years in the packaging industry or a closely related sector. Proven ability to build and manage a robust book of business. Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills. Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits. Bonus Points For
Existing client relationships or book of business in packaging. Experience selling to manufacturers, wineries, or consumer packaging markets. Familiarity with custom and protective packaging solutions. Base/Draw Range: $80K - $120K depending on experience. Uncapped commission structure with top‑tier performers earning $125K–$150K+ in commission alone. Commission payouts every two weeks.
