What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Develop business plans aligned with your assigned territory and strategically engage with customers and partners
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through partners and end users
Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing
Foster a deep understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the technology sector
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving targets
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Proficiency in utilizing channel management and reporting tools, including Salesforce
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field
Experience in identity security or related technology solutions
Familiarity with competitive products such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
Demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams and collaborate effectively across departments
Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the identity security domain
