What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Strategically engage with customers and partners to provide tailored solutions related to data, AI, and identity intelligence
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute targeted marketing plans for the Identity Intelligence market
Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, presentations, and RFP responses
Develop and deliver internal training programs to equip team members with knowledge on Identity Intelligence opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within IT or cybersecurity
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of Identity Security solutions and related technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with various stakeholders
Familiarity with analytical tools and CRM systems, such as Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or sales-related field
Experience in overlay sales roles or dynamic team-based selling environments
Knowledge of cloud technologies and data governance
Established relationships within the IT security community
Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic account plans
