Center for Human Resources at San Diego State University seeks a detail‑oriented Recruiter for the Academic Affairs Talent Acquisition Team. The role supports full‑cycle recruitment for academic and professional staff.
What You’ll Do
Lead full‑cycle recruitment for staff positions, from posting through onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Partner to plan and execute effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through creative outreach (career fairs, social media, professional networks).
Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.
Contribute ideas to enhance workflows, data tracking, and overall recruitment efficiency.

Position Information
Full‑time, at‑will position with comprehensive benefits.
Standard SDSU work hours Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; partial telecommuting with on‑site work in San Diego after training period.
Exempt under FLSA; not eligible for overtime.
Qualifications

Organizational skills; manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Attention to detail; accurate handling of confidential and sensitive information.
Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
