Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Refrigeration
Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 leader in motion and control technologies. The Industrial Refrigeration Business Unit of Sporlan is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee domestic sales teams and expand into Canada.
Responsibilities
Maintain and support assigned territory, directly managing territory managers, sales representatives, and distributors.
Increase sales volume and margin from existing and new accounts.
Motivate and coach staff to achieve regional sales goals and plans.
Secure and maintain regional distribution agreements and manage key accounts.
Implement competitive strategies and respond to market and competitor activity.
Represent the company at trade shows and professional activities.
Collaborate with divisional management and support departments to exceed customer service requirements.
Qualifications
College degree and 6–10 years of direct sales experience in industrial refrigeration or related distributor sales.
Proven ability to staff, train, develop, coach, and motivate sales teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and advanced PC skills.
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and sustain sales growth in territory.
Demonstrated ability to sell cross-group and exceed performance expectations.
Appropriate product knowledge and system certification preferred.
Travel 50% to 70% overnight travel required.
Compensation Pay Range: $97,600 – $162,750 annually.
Participation in Parker Sales Incentive Plan.
