How You Will Make an Impact
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical stakeholders
Configure and customize D365 Sales & Customer Service modules (quote-to-cash, sales & marketing, rebate management, pricing management)
Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process documentation aligned to global ERP standards
Drive workshops, testing, training, and change management to ensure successful ERP adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and resolve integration challenges
Support ERP go-live activities and provide post-implementation enhancements
Are You an Experienced D365 Analyst Ready to Make an Impact?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Supply Chain Management (required)
7–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant with D365 FSCM
Proven expertise in Sales & Customer Service modules: quote-to-cash, rebate management, pricing, and sales & marketing
Strong ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and solutions
Hands‑on experience with D365 integrations, including SPS EDI
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: D365 FSCM certification, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure familiarity, and experience in manufacturing/distribution ERP rollouts
