We are excited to invite applications from experienced professionals for the role of Senior Dynamics 365 Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM). This position is crucial as you will be bridging the gap between business needs and advanced technical solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of the D365 FSCM modules to optimize all functionalities within the platform. As a strategic technical lead and trusted advisor, you will play a key role in driving successful end-to-end ERP transformations that are aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design, roadmap planning, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technology solutions. Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across Dynamics 365 and integrated systems. Collaborate with key stakeholders in finance, operations, supply chain, and IT to define functional and technical requirements. Provide hands-on leadership during project execution to guide cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality delivery. Lead ERP enhancements, integration strategy, and legacy system decommissioning efforts. Assess and recommend ISV solutions, custom development needs, and third-party tools. Mentor and provide technical leadership to solution architects, consultants, and developers. Conduct solution architecture reviews and drive continuous improvements in system performance and capabilities. Stay informed about Microsoft’s product roadmap to recommend enhancements for platform optimization and innovation. Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 8-10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead architect role for D365 FSCM. Demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture, solution design, and ERP implementation methodologies such as Sure Step and Agile. Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations within D365. Experience with Power Platform, Azure Services, Lifecycle Services (LCS), Dataverse, and AWS. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in D365 FSCM is highly desirable. Ability to comprehend enterprise architectural concepts. Effectively manage multiple work streams. Experience with multi-country, multi-entity ERP rollouts. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements such as SOX and GDPR. Background in enterprise-level integrations with third-party systems including 3PL, EDI, and TMS. Location(s): Clemmons NC, North Kingstown RI, or Nashville TN.
