Overview

The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator will be responsible for DNV Healthcare service line development support. The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator will coordinate processes to effectively manage CMS and DNV development and achieve outcomes with respect to the coordinating activities with others and to work toward continually improving and growing service line processes between DNV Healthcare and CMS. What You'll Do

Prepare and distribute notification letters (based on accreditation determination from supervisory review) Communicate certificate release status to team Maintain accredited list for deemed programs and track non-deemed programs Monitor currency of deemed status in production system Maintain website posting for all deemed / certified customers Maintain postings and third-party notification for non-deemed status Verify deemed status for individual provider / payor inquiries Track validation surveys and reconcile against CMS validation reports Report deemed surveys in CMS database including coordination of program rollout Pre-survey verifications for all deemed, non-deemed, and transitioning customers Align and audit non-deemed program oversight in production system Coordinate alignments between state requirements for deemed and scope specific program Benefits

For California, Washington, New York, Washington, ., Illinois, and Maryland: “DNV provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. For the states of California, Washington, New York, Washington, ., Illinois, and Maryland only, the starting pay range for this role is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. Deadline to Apply

High School or Equivalent (GED) Minimum of 2 year demonstrated experience in a healthcare provider environment in a related functional area such as quality, performance improvement, medical records, human resources, or administration Must have, or develop within three months or less, appropriate skills in the use and management of DNV information systems, specifically Oracle NGPS and DNV Scheduler, Outlook and other related software necessary to manage the regulatory work Strong professional verbal and written English communication skills (professional documents, emails, letters) Ability to effectively prioritized and coordinate projects and tasks to meet tight deadlines and manage competing demands. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint functionalities, and other related software necessary to manage the required Accreditation scope of work. Demonstrated ability to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently without direct supervision. Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Project management experience Healthcare regulatory knowledge including state and federal 1+ years of experience working remotely with little supervision in a high demand position.
