Position Overview As the Dell ISG Business Development Manager at Zones, you will drive revenue growth, increase profit margins, and enhance partner maturity. You will leverage your understanding of Dell ISG and the data center solutions landscape to identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships. This role contributes to executing the sales GTM strategy for Dell ISG and their full ecosystem of products, solutions, and services. It requires the ability to develop relationships and collaborate with organizational leaders across the company, building a foundation for collaboration and leveraging partner initiatives to grow Zones’ Dell ISG Revenue, Margin, and Customer base. It also requires leading and developing others outside of the direct organization toward growth. What you’ll do as the Business Development Manager, Dell ISG
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on Dell ISG products and services Cultivate strong relationships with Dell ISG counterparts to enhance co-sell engagement Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase revenue and margins Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective campaigns and promotions Provide expert knowledge of Dell ISG products and licensing to customers and internal teams Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics Prepare quarterly business reviews Execute and oversee incentive programs Provide weekly executive updates/reporting to senior management on progress, sales performance, and KPIs Advance and maintain levels of expertise in Dell ISG solutions by attending training, seminars and trade shows Increase OEM seller contacts and influence leads through consistent communication Drive meaningful engagements through field appointments and customer visits to increase customer counts What You Bring To The Team
BA/BS degree in business administration, information technology, marketing or related field or 4+ years of relevant experience Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the technology sector, preferably with a focus on Dell ISG or competing data center solutions Strong understanding of data center solutions and the Dell ISG reseller ecosystem Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets Demonstrated ability to work independently and be accountable for all deliverables What You’ll Be Measured On
