Position Overview As the Dell ISG Business Development Manager at Zones, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, increasing profit margins, and enhancing partner maturity. You will leverage your deep understanding of Dell ISG and the data center solutions landscape to identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.

This role will be a key contributor in executing the sales GTM strategy for Dell ISG and their full ecosystem of products, solutions, and services.

This role requires the aptitude and communication discipline to develop relationships and collaborate with organizational leaders across the company, building a foundation for collaboration and leveraging partner initiatives to contribute to our revenue expansion. This will also require skills in leading and developing others outside of the direct organization towards the growth of Zones' Dell ISG Revenue, Margin, and Customer base.

This role requires up to 20% travel.

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on Dell ISG products and services

Cultivate strong relationships with Dell ISG counterparts to enhance co-sell engagement

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase revenue and margins

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective campaigns and promotions

Provide expert knowledge of Dell ISG products and licensing to customers and internal teams

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Quarterly business reviews

Execution and oversight of incentive programs

Provide weekly executive updates/reporting to Sr. Management on progress/sales performance/KPIs

Advance and maintain levels of expertise in Dell ISG solutions by attending training, seminars and trade shows to support and service the sales organization and end-user customers

Increase OEM seller contacts, while influencing leads and contacts through consistent communication

Drive meaningful engagements through field appointments and customer visits to increase customer counts

What you bring to the team

BA/BS degree in business administration, information technology, marketing or related field or 4+ years of relevant experience

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the technology sector, preferably with a focus on Dell ISG or competing data center solutions

Strong understanding of data center solutions and the Dell ISG reseller ecosystem

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets

Demonstrated ability to work independently and be accountable for all deliverables

Salary Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $90,000-$110,000
